Dear Friends and Neighbors,

I’m John Sullivan—father, husband, attorney, former Wayne County Commissioner, and volunteer in our Westland community. My wife Sharon and I have proudly called Westland home with our three kids for many years. Throughout my career in law and public service, I have been guided by the principles of  equity, fairness, honesty, and integrity in everything I do and for everyone I serve.

As a former Wayne County Commissioner and current attorney I’ve worked hard to ensure that people and families always have a fair shot and a real opportunity to get ahead. I’ve delivered justice for the most vulnerable and those in need. As a volunteer on local boards and commissions in Westland I have worked to help residents get ahead, not just get by.

As your next Westland City Councilman I will be focused on delivering results that make a substantial difference and improve your quality of life. I will work hard to ensure your government is always equitable, fair, honest, and integral in everything it does for you.
